Dorongan aksi beli dari para investor terhadap saham-saham unggulan di sektor perbankan, konsumsi, infrastruktur serta aneka industri seperti saham Astra International (ASII) menjadi pendukung utama bagi IHSG bertahan di zona hijau hari ini.
Sementara itu bursa-bursa regional (kecuali bursa Singapore) sebagian besar berada di zona merah, yaitu: • Indeks Shanghai turun 31,90 poin (1,1%) ke level 2.868,43. • Indeks Hang Seng turun 170,48 poin (0,81%) ke level 20.778,92. • Indeks Straits Times naik 23,42 poin (0,80%) ke 2.955,46.

Sentimen negatif bursa regional beserta tekanan aksi jual yang cukup masif dari para investor asing dan pelaku pasar dalam negeri membuat IHSG tidak berhasil untuk keluar dari zona merah.

Pada perdagangan hari ini Kamis (22/4/2010), Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) akhirnya berhasil ditutup menguat 13,706 poin (0,47%) ke level 2.926,532. Indeks LQ 45 juga tercatat menguat 2,758 poin (0,48%) ke level 568,772.
Laju gerak IHSG sepanjang perdagangan hari ini sangat "volatile" dalam rentang level 2.883,014 hingga 2.927,394. Perlawanan antara "Bull" dan "Bear" sangat kuat yang pada akhirnya berhasil dimenangkan oleh "Bull" dimana terlihat jelas aksi beli selektif terhadap sejumlah saham unggulan di sektor pertambangan, perkebunan dan keuangan kembali mendominasi pasar.

Pada perdagangan hari ini, Selasa (13/4/2010), Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) akhirnya berhasil keluar dari zona merah dan ditutup menguat 3,367 poin (0,11%) ke level 2.884,700. Indeks LQ 45 juga tercatat menguat 1,273 poin (0,22%) ke level 559,575.
Tekanan jual cukup masif terhadap saham-saham unggulan seperti Astra International (ASII), Astra Agro Lestari (AALI), United Tractors (UNTR), Bank Mandiri (BMRI) dan Bank Central Asia (BBCA) sempat membuat IHSG berada di zona merah pada sesi awal perdagangan. Namun dorongan aksi beli terhadap saham-saham pertambangan seperti Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam (PTBA), International Nickel Indonesia (INCO), Medco Energi International (MEDC) dan Aneka Tambang (ANTM) berhasil membawa IHSG untuk bertahan kembali di zona hijau hari ini.
