Pada perdagangan hari ini, Selasa (6/4/2010), Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) akhirnya ditutup melemah 6,277 poin (0,22%) ke level 2.880,969. Indeks LQ 45 juga tercatat melemah 1,291 poin (0,23%) ke level 560,675.

Aksi "profit-taking" terhadap saham-saham unggulan seperti Astra International (ASII) mewarnai Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) sehingga IHSG tidak mampu bertahan di zona hijau hari ini.

Sementara itu, bursa-bursa regional (kecuali bursa Jepang) secara mayoritas bergerak di teritori positif sebagai berikut:
• Indeks Shanghai naik 0,72 poin (0,02%) ke level 3.158,68.
• Indeks Nikkei-225 turun 56,98 poin (0,50%) ke level 11.282,32.
• Indeks Strait Times naik 9,47 poin (0,32%) ke level 2.977,85.
• Indeks KOSPI naik tipis 1,10 poin (0,06%) ke level 1.726,09.

Saham Top Gainer: Goodyear Indonesia (GDYR) naik Rp 1.050 ke Rp 13.950, Gudang Garam (GGRM) naik Rp 300 ke Rp 25.600, Bumi Resources (BUMI) naik Rp 250 ke Rp 2.550, Indika Energy (INDY) naik Rp 100 ke Rp 2.850, International Nickel Indonesia (INCO) naik Rp 100 ke Rp 4.700.

Saham Top Loser: Astra International (ASII) turun Rp 1.400 ke Rp 45.300, Multi Bintang Indonesia (MLBI) turun Rp 500 ke Rp 162.500, Indo Tambangraya Megah (ITMG) turun Rp 450 ke Rp 38.300, Astra Agro Lestari (AALI) turun Rp 200 ke Rp 24.400, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BBRI) turun Rp 200 ke Rp 8.750, Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TLKM) turun Rp 150 ke Rp 8.200.
