Pada perdagangan akhir pekan lalu, Jumat (19/3/2010), Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) berhasil ditutup menguat 5,732 poin (0,2%) ke level 2.742,974. Indeks LQ 45 juga tercatat menguat 0,874 poin (0,16%) ke level 535,779.

Sementara bursa-bursa regional secara mayoritas juga ditutup menguat sebagai berikut:
• Indeks Shanghai naik 21,66 poin (0,71%) ke level 3.067,75.
• Indeks Hang Seng naik 40,15 poin (0,19%) ke level 21.370,82.
• Indeks Nikkei-225 naik 80,69 poin (0,75%) ke level 10.824,72.
• Indeks Straits Times naik 8,31 poin (0,29%) ke level 2.922,25.
• Indeks KOSPI naik 10,94 poin (0,65%) ke level 1.686,11.

Saham Top Gainer: Multi Bintang Indonesia (MLBI) naik Rp 1.000 ke Rp 164.000, PP London Sumatra Indonesia (LSIP) naik Rp 400 ke Rp 9.600, Tembaga Mulia Semanan (TBMS) naik Rp 300 ke Rp 4.050, Unilever Indonesia (UNVR) naik Rp 250 ke Rp 12.200, Indocement Tunggal Prakasa (INTP) naik Rp 150 ke Rp 14.150, Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGAS) naik Rp 150 ke Rp 4.225, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BBRI) naik Rp 150 ke Rp 8.000, Charoen Pokphand Indonesia (CPIN) naik Rp 200 ke Rp 2.450.

Saham Top Loser: Gudang Garam (GGRM) turun Rp 350 ke Rp 27.000, Indo Tambangraya Megah (ITMG) turun Rp 350 ke Rp 36.400, Astra International (ASII) turun Rp 100 ke Rp 40.100, Indosat (ISAT) turun Rp 150 ke Rp 6.000, United Tractors (UNTR) turun Rp 100 ke Rp 17.800, Smart (SMAR) turun Rp 100 ke Rp 3.150, Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TLKM) turun Rp 100 ke Rp 8.250.

Budi Acid Jaya (BUDI) - boleh pertimbangkan untuk masuk pada perdagangan awal pekan besok, Senin (22/3/2010) apabila mencapai harga entry di Rp 235.
