Pada perdagangan hari ini, Kamis (6/5/2010), Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) kembali ditutup melemah 35,623 poin (1,25%) ke level 2.810,616. Indeks LQ 45 juga tercatat melemah 7,404 poin (1,35%) ke level 540,891.

Sentimen negatif bursa-bursa regional akibat gejolak perekonomian Eropa menjadi penyebab utama bagi penurunan IHSG hari ini. Para investor asing terlihat masih melanjutkan aksi "profit-taking" sebagai antisipasi keadaan bursa yang masih tidak menentu.

Bursa-bursa regional secara mayoritas masih bergerak dalam zona merah, yaitu:
• Indeks Shanghai turun 117,45 poin (4,11%) ke level 2.739,70.
• Indeks Hang Seng turun 194,13 poin (0,96%) ke level 20.133,41.
• Indeks Nikkei 225 turun 361,71 poin (3,27%) ke level 10.695,69.
• Indeks Strait Times turun 18,64 poin (0,63%) ke level 2.842,17.

Saham Top Gainer: Petrosea (PTRO) naik Rp 600 ke Rp 10.500, HM Sampoerna (HMSP) naik Rp 550 ke Rp 13.550, Astra Agro Lestari (AALI) naik Rp 250 ke Rp 20.950, Gudang Garam (GGRM) naik Rp 250 ke Rp 28.200, Bumi Resources (BUMI) naik Rp 100 ke Rp 2.350.

Saham Top Loser: Delta Djakarta (DLTA) turun Rp 7.500 ke Rp 84.500, Astra International (ASII) turun Rp 1.550 ke Rp 41.900, Unilever Indonesia (UNVR) turun Rp 1.300 ke Rp 14.900, Indo Tambangraya Megah (ITMG) turun Rp 650 ke Rp 36.000, United Tractors (UNTR) turun Rp 450 ke Rp 17.550.
