"SELAMAT TAHUN BARU 2010"

Pada perdagangan perdana di tahun 2010, Senin (4/1/2010), Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) berhasil ditutup menguat hingga 41,057 poin (1,62%) ke level 2.575,413. Indeks LQ 45 naik 9,626 poin (1,93%0 ke level 507,914.

Walaupun volume perdagangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) masih tidak begitu ramai dikarenakan pelaku pasar masih dalam "holiday mood", kenaikan IHSG hari ini merupakan kenaikan tertinggi sejak 12 Maret 2008 ketika IHSG menembus level 2.556.

Sementara bursa-bursa regional bergerak variatif diantaranya yaitu:
• Indeks Hang Seng melemah 49,22 poin (0,23%) ke level 21.823,28.
• Indeks Nikkei-225 naik 108,35 poin (1,03%) ke level 10.654,79.
• Indeks Straits Times melemah tipis 3,41 poin ke level 2.894,21.

Saham Top Gainer: Astra International (ASII) naik Rp 600 menjadi Rp 35.300, Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam (PTBA) naik Rp 550 menjadi Rp 17.800, Indo Tambangraya Megah (ITMG) naik Rp 250 menjadi Rp 32.050, Bank Mandiri (BMRI) naik Rp 225 menjadi Rp 4.925, International Nickel Ind. (INCO) naik Rp 225 menjadi Rp 3.875, United Tractors (UNTR) naik Rp 200 menjadi Rp 15.700.

Saham Top Loser: Indosat (ISAT) turun Rp 25 menjadi Rp 4.700, Bakrie Telecom (BTEL) turun Rp 5 menjadi Rp 142, BW Plantation (BWPT) turun Rp 10 menjadi Rp 510.
