Pada perdagangan akhir pekan lalu, Jumat (8/1/2010), Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) berhasil ditutup naik 27,475 poin (1,06%) ke level 2.614,370. Indeks LQ 45 juga tercatat naik 5,742 poin (1,12%) ke level 515,188.

Penguatan saham-saham di sektor pertambangan dan perkebunan sukses mendukung IHSG untuk bertahan di atas level 2.600.

Sementara bursa-bursa regional juga sukses bertahan di teritori positif yaitu:
• Indeks Hang Seng naik 27,30 poin (0,12%) ke level 22.296,75.
• Indeks Nikkei-225 naik 116,66 poin (1,09%) ke level 10.798,32.
• Indeks Straits Times naik 8,75 poin (0,30%) ke level 2.922,00.
• Indeks KOSPI naik 11,81 poin (0,70%) ke level 1.695,26.

Saham Top Gainer: Gudang Garam (GGRM) naik Rp 1.250 ke Rp 22.150, Fast Food Indonesia (FAST) naik Rp 800 ke Rp 6.000, United Tractors (UNTR) naik Rp 550 ke Rp 16.400, HM Sampoerna (HMSP) naik Rp 400 ke Rp 11.000, Sinar Mas Agri Resources (SMAR) naik Rp 200 ke Rp 3.100, Astra International (AASII) naik Rp 200 ke Rp 34.400, Bumi Resources (BUMI) naik Rp 200 ke Rp 2.900, Astra Agro Lestari (AALI) naik Rp 200 ke Rp 25.250.

Saham Top Loser: Rig Tender (RIGS) turun Rp 170 ke Rp 540, Bank Central Asia (BBCA) turun Rp 125 ke Rp 4.850, Delta Djakarta (DLTA) turun Rp 100 ke Rp 62.000, Bayan Resources (BYAN) turun Rp 50 ke Rp 5.600, Semen Gresik (SMGR) turun Rp 50 ke Rp 7.650.
