Pada perdagangan hari ini, Rabu (09/12/2009), Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) ditutup melemah tipis 2,595 poin (0,10%) ke level 2.481,297. Indeks LQ 45 juga tercatat melemah 1,240 poin (0,25%) ke level 490,678.

Transaksi perdagangan sepanjang hari ini berlangsung lambat, para pelaku pasar cenderung lebih berhati-hati sebagai antisipasi terhadap aksi demo antikorupsi hari ini. Frekuensi transaksi di seluruh pasar hanya 71.617 kali pada volume 3,446 miliar saham senilai Rp 2,569 triliun. Sebanyak 106 saham naik, 81 saham turun dan 63 saham sideway.

Sementara bursa regional juga ditutup melemah sebagai berikut:
. Indeks Komposit Shanghai turun 57,10 poin (1,73%) ke level 3.239,57.
. Indeks Hang Seng melemah 318,76 poin (1,44%) ke level 21.741,76.
. Indeks Nikkei-225 melemah 135,75 poin (1,34%) ke level 10.004,73.
. Indeks Straits Times melemah 7,16 poin (0,26%) ke level 2.798,40.

Saham Top Gainer: Gudang Garam (GGRM) naik Rp 600 ke Rp 18.700, Hexindo Adiperkasa (HEXA) naik Rp 320 ke Rp 1.620, United Tractors (UNTR) naik Rp 200 ke Rp 15.150, Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional (BTPN) naik Rp 225 ke Rp 3.600, Bumi Resources (BUMI) naik Rp 100 ke Rp 2.575.

Saham Top Loser: Astra International (ASII) turun Rp 750 ke Rp 33.100, Indo Tambangraya Megah (ITMG) turun Rp 350 ke Rp 28.550, Indocement Tunggal Prakasa (INTP) turun Rp 300 ke Rp 12.200, Telkom (TLKM) turun Rp 200 ke Rp 9.200, Unilever (UNVR) turun Rp 100 ke Rp 11.200.
