Pada perdagangan hari ini, Selasa (15/12/2009), Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) ditutup melemah 11,649 poin (0,46%) ke level 2.494,737. Indeks LQ 45 juga tercatat melemah 2,464 poin (0,49%) ke level 493,544.

Para pelaku pasar khususnya investor asing masih terlihat aktif dalam aksi "profit-taking" menjelang liburan akhir tahun. Hal ini tentu saja membawa sentimen negatif terhadap IHSG.

Sementara bursa-bursa regional secara mayoritas juga berada di teritori negatif sepanjang perdagangan hari ini, yaitu:
. Indeks Komposit Shanghai turun 28,44 poin (0,86%) ke level 3.274,46.
. Indeks Hang Seng turun tajam 271,83 poin (1,23%) ke level 21.813,92.
. Indeks Nikkei-225 melemah tipis 22,2 poin (0,22%) ke level 10.083,48.
. Indeks Straits Times naik tipis 4,15 poin (0,15%) ke level 2.803,69.
. Indeks KOSPI naik tipis 1,08 poin (0,06%) ke level 1.665,85.

Saham Top Gainer: Dian Swastatika Sentosa (DSSA) naik Rp 875 ke Rp 4.375, Indo Tambangraya Megah (ITMG) naik Rp 500 ke Rp 30.000, Astra Otoparts (AUTO) naik Rp 150 ke Rp 5.850, Astra International (ASII) naik Rp 150 ke Rp 34.100, Indocement Tunggal Prakasa (INTP) naik Rp 100 ke Rp 12.600, Telkom (TLKM) naik Rp 100 ke Rp 9.600.

Saham Top Loser: Gudang Garam (GGRM) turun Rp 350 ke Rp 20.400, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BBRI) turun Rp 200 ke Rp 7.600, HM Sampoerna (HMSP) turun Rp 150 ke Rp 15.050, Bakrie Sumatra Plantations (UNSP) turun Rp 120 ke Rp 560, Bank Mandiri (BMRI) turun Rp 100 ke Rp 4.575.
