Pada perdagangan hari ini, Senin (28/12/2009), Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) kembali ditutup menguat 34,809 poin (1,40%) ke level 2.509,692. Indeks LQ 45 juga tercatat menguat 7,002 poin (1,43%) ke level 495,040.

Penguatan saham-saham di sektor pertambangan dan perkebunan memberikan kontribusi cukup signifikan bagi kenaikan IHSG hari ini.

Sementara bursa-bursa regional kecuali bursa Hang Seng ditutup menguat:
• Indeks Komposit Shanghai naik 47,43 poin (1,51%) ke level 3.188,78.
• Indeks Hang Seng turun 36,78 poin (0,17%) ke level 21.480,22.
• Indeks Nikkei 225 naik 139,52 poin (1,33%) ke level 10.634,23.
• Indeks KOSPI naik 3,25 poin (0,19%) ke level 1.685,59.
• Indeks Straits Times naik 16,43 poin (0,58%) ke level 2.854,13.

Saham Top Gainer: Indo Tambangraya Megah (ITMG) naik Rp 1.400 ke Rp 32.000, Astra Agro Lestari (AALI) naik Rp 750 ke Rp 22.950, Astra International (ASII) naik Rp 200 ke Rp 34.200, Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam (PTBA) naik Rp 400 ke Rp 17.400, Gudang Garam (GGRM) naik Rp 450 ke Rp 20.450, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BBRI) naik Rp 200 ke Rp 7.700.

Saham Top Loser: Goodyear Indonesia (GDYR) turun Rp 700 ke Rp 9.100, Ancora Indonesia Resources (OKAS) turun Rp 235 ke Rp 485, Unilever (UNVR) turun Rp 50 ke Rp 11.100, Mandom Indonesia (TCID) turun Rp 200 ke Rp 7.600.
